Who is behind this website

Titankin is the trading name of Miguel Paredes Casado, a self-employed professional in Spain. These are his details, as required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI):

Titankin does not practise a regulated profession, does not need administrative authorisation for its activity and has not signed up to any code of conduct.

The texts, symbol, design and code of this website belong to Titankin. The project screenshots show websites made for their owners and are shown here as examples of our work.

Privacy

We only ask for data in the contact form: name, email, company (if you wish to give it) and your message.

  • Who handles them: Miguel Paredes Casado (Titankin). For anything about your data, write to hola@titankin.com.
  • What for: to reply to you. We do not use them for anything else, we do not send you advertising and we do not sell them.
  • Legal basis: the consent you give us by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • How long: if we do not end up working together, we delete them one year after your last message. If we do work together, we keep billing data for as long as tax and commercial law requires.
  • Who else sees them: Netlify, Inc., the company that hosts this website, receives the form on servers in the United States. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Form notifications and our replies go through our email provider, Zoho Corporation B.V., with servers in the European Union. Nobody else receives them unless the law requires it.
  • Your rights: you can see, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to our use of it, or ask us to send it to you, by writing to hola@titankin.com. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or store anything in your browser. It has no analytics or advertising tools either. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server.
